It’s not possible to cancel or exchange tickets once a purchase has been made as orders are considered final.

If you cannot use the tickets you purchased and there is still time before the event date, we advise you to re-list them by clicking on the “Sell” link on the event that you have tickets for.

We will market your tickets on our platform to find a new buyer.
We do not charge any fees for relisting tickets that you have originally purchased from us.

Occasionally there may be reasons why the tickets can’t be re-listed but it’s usually because the event date is too near to allow secure delivery or upload to the buyer.

Buyer has the right to report an invalid e-ticket or ticket not received within 30 days after the event occurred under these circumstances 100% Refund will be given to the customer as per the Buyer Protection Policy.. After this period, XMTickets Local will not handle any claims for invalid e-tickets or tickets not received.
